By strictly limiting our data collection to basic reporting information, we operate in full compliance with data minimization principles.
* Legal Compliance: All data is processed, stored, and protected in strict accordance with the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 11:12] of Zimbabwe.
* Purpose of Collection: We collect only the necessary information (such as location data, image metadata, and optional contact details) solely for the purpose of assessing, verifying, and reporting infrastructure conditions to relevant authorities.
* Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Your data will not be sold to third parties for commercial marketing.2. Image Upload Policy
To maintain the integrity and safety of the platform, all submitted images must adhere to the following guidelines:* Relevance: Images must accurately depict the infrastructure issue being reported (e.g., road damage, signage issues).
* Privacy Conscious: Please make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing identifiable faces, license plates, or private property not relevant to the public infrastructure report.
* Prohibited Content: You may not upload images that contain explicit, offensive, violent, or illegal content.
* Malicious Files: Uploading files that contain malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the platform or its infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
